Sacramento Tweed Ride POSTPONED to Sunday March 24

This just in: Due to some heavy weather, Sacramento will be postponing their Tweed Ride by two weeks, to Saturday March 24.

It’s been a bad time for the Northern California Tweed Rides, as both the Chico and San Francisco rides scheduled for the past fall were cancelled due to the effects of the Camp Fire. So let’s show them some love!

Anyways, the main details of the Sacramento Tweed Ride remain the same:

Meet up at WAL Public Market, 1104 R Street for socializing at 11:00 am. Ride out promptly at Noon. Bring your own picnic and blanket for the lunch stop at McKinley Park. Ride will continue after the picnic, to the final stop at The Shady Lady.

Dapper Tweedy Attire Admired, but Not Required. Ribbons awarded for extra effort in Tweedy Attire , Picnic Set-up, and Bike Decoration. They welcome all riders, and all bikes.
